My TCR (size S):
Already changed (not in picture) - Cadex bottleholders, Cadex Race stem & Cadex Race handlebar. I will also change the wheels to DA C36 and I have a SLR seatpost on the way. Total weight for the complete build should be just under 6,9kg.
My sons TCR (size ML): Total weight for the complete build should be just under 7,5kg. Also for this bike there is a SLR seatpost coming. Also a lighter SQlab saddle with carbon rails. Total weight after changing parts should be around 7,4 kg.

frame size M without derailleur hanger, bottle cage screws, seat lock 890 grs. fork cut 340 grs.

, the rear derailleur has a Dura-ace R9100 derailleur hanger mounted and a 13t lower pulley, Red Exogram GXP cranks with Miche 48t/TA 33t chainrings, threaded r chinese BB, Wuzei 11-32 cassette (modified to 13-32) Zonda DB with Conti tyres.
