That is indeed the sweetest Defy!

Could you please share details of how did you route the Di2 and brake cables with the Ernova?
I would like to go to a narrower bar on mine but the Di2 routing really makes life difficult as you have to go through the stem.

Thanks for any help!
Thanks for the compliments :)

I had to swap out the original bar as the drops were too short - I reached down when descending, grabbed a handful of nothing, and nearly crashed...! I had Ergonovas on my TCR so something similar (the same?) was a no-brainer.

The bike came from the factory with the Di2 cable routed into the stem through a hole in the stem clamp area and the hydraulic lines enter the plastic stem cover from either side. The Ernova did not have a drilling in the stem clamp area so that was not an option. I looked around, briefly considered getting some Pro bars with routing holes, but I since really liked the Ernova's flare... I decided to improvise a bit.

I ended up routing the Di2 cable together with the left hydraulic line. It was a tight fit entering the stem cover. I tried adding a heat shrink tube, but ended up removing it as it looked worse IMHO. I hope it doesn't look too messy.

Double thank you!

Yeah, after looking at your pictures is sorta obvious you can route the Di2 cable through one of the brake line holes on the stem cover... or if there is not much space, then take a dremel to it and elarge it just a bit.

I was on Deda Superzero on my previous bike and yeah, the Giant bars on the Defy are ... weird, to be polite.

I have one question. How did you connect R610 Sprint Shifters to R9170 levers?

Similar to what the OP did here:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=151321&hilit=r610

But with the R610s instead of generic switches

That's a beautiful Defy! Do you know the weight of the frame?
I've got a Advanced frame at the moment but am thinking of upping it to the Advanced Pro.

Picked up a 2019 TCR pro 1 from my LBM 2 weeks back, being end of the 2019 bikes, they were happy to throw a pair of ultegra pedals in and I bought a set of Specialized Scorch 2 running SPD-SLs. All a bit serious atm, but hoping to push through that stage out and just enjoy this part of my life that allows me to commute by bike daily and have a mate to ride with on the weekends.

Pic shows my XS (i'm a midget 5"5) next to my mates TCR ADV2 in S, noticeably diff between the top tube length.ImageImage

Do you use to bolts for the stem? If so can you share their type and where did you buy them from please? I also have the GPS mount as you. Thanks.

I'm thinking of buying a TCR Advanced SL framekit.
Does anybody know if there is a zero offset stubby?
The stubby with the frameis a 20mm offset.

I think you can flip it 20 or -5mm.
