Any ideas on how to repair/fix this? It's a Sagan Superstar paint job on a SL6. Makes me sad

I'll venture a guess that you can get close to complete repair with just some prep and clear coat. That said, any flake like that is hard to touch up and you'll probably still notice if you know what you are looking for, but it will be a lot better than it is now. Frame repair shop or someone that specializes in motorcycle helmets and such could do the work.

I'm not sure that is stainless steel... I'm almost 100% certain it is not.

Thanks mate!

I have a Fujifilm and shoot with a 56mm f/1.2, but I really don’t get the same blurred background.

Which Fuji? I'm not super knowledgable on the different Fuji models, but if I had to guess, I'd say it not a full-frame sensor... i.e. the sensor is not equivalent to 35mm film. It has to do with the optics, the way the lens mounts and the distance between the rear of the lens and the sensor surface. Those dimensions, combined with the size of the sensor all effect the bokeh.

Yea... but not great for that chromatic aberation. I should've fixed it on the black S-Works.

Hahaha.. Lots of people knock the AF speed and accuracy and while its certainly not the best, I find it to be adequate enough that I shoot it at weddings without much issue. The times that it does give me trouble, the conditions would likely give most lenses trouble... super low-light with flashes of bright, DJ lights.

that's good glass. I was a motorsports photographer for a while.. had that 200 f/2. That thing was great. I also had a 400 f/5.6L. It didn't have that super shallow depth of field of its big brothers but the AF speed on it was bonkers.
