Nice build! I just rode a 54 Sl6 and am debating between that and the 56.

Do you happen to know the saddle height on that build? Looks like it is in the 75cm ballpark.

Thanks!

The saddle to bar drop on second photo looks enormous. Probably an effect of perspective, but how much of it do you run anyway?

Eh, I run about 10cm, next time I do a photo I'll try to reproduce the perspective for a cooler look. My bike looks wonky on every photo for some reason, maybe I don't know my good angles.

This is my love. The Specialized Tarmac Pro SL3 (2011, 56). Bought it slightly used in fall 2012. Got the Easton wheels during 2013 if I remember correctly. The frame and wheels compliment each other remarkably well. Right now I'm closing in on 23 000 km ridden on the frame, and have been loving every second of it. Well, a couple of seconds in serious headwinds I rather forget.

Groupset: SRAM Red eTap (SRAM Red Black edition brakeset, 11-26 cassette and 52/38 Rotor Q-Rings on a Quarq Red crankset)
Wheels: Easton EC90 SL, tubular with Continental Sprinter tubs (23/25mm)
Handlebar: 3T Ergonova LTD
Bar tape: 3T LTD
Stem: 3T ARX II Team (decals removed)
Seatpost: 3T Doric LTD
Saddle: Fizik Antares R1, regular
Computer: Garmin Edge 1000 with a F3 Cycling Form mount
Pedals: Shimano Ultegra 6800
Cable housings: mix of Jagwire Elite link and Powercordz

Image

Upgraded from SRAM Red 2x10 to eTap during this summer. The bike feels like new again.

Weight: 6,96 kg. I was dead on 6,8 kg with Red 2x10 and Powercordz' cable housing + brake cables.
