Mmm It was "my mechanic" who did it. In Spain we called it "thermoretractil tape" not.sure if this is also the name.in English, sorry...

Is it possible to please post a close up of the rear brake cable and Di2 cable where they enter the top tube? I am trying to figure out if both cables can fit into the single hole (intended for the rear brake cable) or whether the Di2 cable has to enter slightly forward of the cover plate, with the rear brake cable solely occupying the intended hole alone. Hope that makes sense

That is a Specialized Romin evo comp.I think it was one of the least expensive Romin models, with CrMo rails.
