It's that time of year again. Have ppl done some upgrades since last year? Or is the setup still bombproof?

Recently changed to some GP4seasons rather than the Michelin Pro4 Endurance I was running.
I was getting at least one puncture a week on the Michelins.

Still need to make my guards longer too.

Currently running 25mm GP4seasons. They measure around 27mm
I've honestly not actually looked at the max I can fit.

This is missing bidet above the douche line in the rear, as it sprays you in the bum.

Picked up a cheap frame from "Zxoox". Built with leftover parts (EEbrakes, Berk, Garmin Rally and 6800 groupset), with some SKS fenders it should be fine this winter.

Here's my latest 'winter bike' (really a rain bike for the impending 3rd consecutive La Niña summer we're expecting in Sydney):

Image

It's a steel 'AR Cycles' built by a guy called Aaron McCambridge in the US. Not originally built for me, but conveniently fits me well. Not as old as it looks either - it was only finished earlier this year!

The HED Stinger 3s have since been swapped out, albeit for a set of almost equally inappropriate 25mm FSE carbon tubulars!

That looks like a comfy commuter. Which tubulars do you use?

Not a commuter - and it's a surprisingly stiff and agile machine.

Tubbies are Challenge Strada 27c.
