The first one is ~11kg:

This is my main workhorse bike at the moment (while my road bikes are being built up).
I'm happy with it. It works alright. :|
Note the cassette, 12-21T.
I put a new road bike rear derailleur on it, a black 105 unit, but that didn't go so well, the chain got jammed in the cage and it self-destructed on its maiden voyage. :x

Second one, just under <14kg:

The only thing I'm thinking of changing on this bike is downsizing to a 180mm rear rotor as this one is a bit overkill and the rear wheel locks up too easily when descending; hard to find an identical one though. Oh and probably will get a set of offset bushings to lower it a bit. Right now it's too tall, BB too high (fork + shock too long for this particular frame :|). Note the cassette, 13-23T.

I have purposely kept these bikes without any super lightweight components.
Because once one light part is on there, I've noticed it's like a disease and everything else on the bike has to follow.
Both 26" wheels still.

I do have a heavier ~18kg [downhill] bike but that's not ready to show yet, it's getting a few basic upgrades.

Let's see your heavy bikes!

16.5 kg / 36.5 lb

I've gotten a new rear wheel and cassette after grenading the stock one and saved 508g. Still need to replace the front wheel for a few hundred more.
