Ever build yourself a bike that makes very little sense but brings a smile to your face? Be it a parts bin build or even something brand new that you didn't need (except you really did need it).
My entry into this category:
Frame: Rossin "Concept" bonded carbon MTB frame
Fork: something black and steel
Headset" Chris King 1" threadless
Drivetrain: mix of xt/slx and a Blackspire chainring (if anyone can recommend an ~40t oval that works with an slx crank please do)
Brakes: Trp Revox
Seatpost: Thomson elite
Stem: Tune
Bar: something steel
Wheels: Bontrager race lite tubless
Tires: Compass Rat Trap Pass
Extras: Spur bell, Velo Orange fenders, ESI foam grips
If anyone can shed any amount of light onto the history of these frames I'd be grateful. I have a slight obsession with Rossins but know very little about them. I'll get some better photos once it stops raining/snowing.

Beautiful!
I was a huge fan of Rossin frames as a teenager.
Can't you find an original fork? It would add the frame considerable value.
He may knows more about your frame:

I got the frame shipped over from Italy and a month later the guy posted the same frame with an original fork lol. I'm planning to drill the fork for dynamo routing down the line so almost better I didn't get an original.
