Litte update, took of the golden decals on both sides. Now there are some Silver brushed decals on which I had them made by a company that does AI file printing. Also placed the new team handlebar/stem 40/110. Dura Ace items ( Crank - derailleurs - calipers ) I bought to give a bit of weight reduction. Now it's on the 7Kg mark with the Zipp 404FC. Have some climbing wheels on order that will bring the weight down to 6.65 - 6.7 Kg.
I have recently joined the Swiss machine club - RM01 One
Incredibly happy with it already and a huge upgrade to my 2013 S Works Venge.
Already swapped the corsa’s for GP5K S TR’s.
Weighed in at 7.3kg with pedals and cages in 54cm.
Planned upgrades:
Swap in my Quarq Dzero with carbon ti chainrings
Cut steerer
CS OSPW
Darimo 0 offset seatpost
Galfer rotors
Potentially swap in the new aero carbon cockpit

How the Dura-Ace 9200 crankset works with the 9150 derailleurs?
@iankovski : they work perfect - I use a 12 speed Dura Ace chain, C Bear pully wheels and shifting is spot on.
Amazing, I'm planing to change my SRAM Red crank and already find out some used 9200 even cheaper than the 9100. So far, no chain drops or anything? I only know about the incompatibility between 9100 crank and 9200 group but not the other way around.

i think i have the kogel bb86 dub one here but i can't recall anymore, in any case if you're going this route just get the cheap sram dub bb86, they definitely wear out a lot quicker (basically a year and change if you ride a lot)
