Trying a new look, covered the red/blue highlights with black vinyl, handcut the logo with white as best I could. Didn't come out perfect but I figured no one will really notice when I'm moving anyway. Down to 8.155kg as pictured.
What degree stem is that?

Extralite makes Hyperstem in 6 and 12 degrees only, so that's a 12.

Replaced my older 2012 SLR01 with this RM01! (Will update with a nicer side image in a bit)

First impressions: it’s so much heavier but it ‘feels’ faster, smoother, much more controlled and it can stop. Cannot emphasize how nice it is to stop when I tell it to.. My old Zipps were not up to the task, especially in the rain. I wasn’t sure about disc brakes at first but glad I got them.

Changed the saddle and bars but it sits at 7.64kg. A bit of work to do on this one. If I can justify it and find myself climbing more again, I’ll replace the frame with the SLR01 next season, but this is plenty fun for now. (Although from what I’ve found, the frameset weight difference is only about 100g)

Did extralite end up fixing the biting issue that the stem would bit into the fork steerer issue?

They addressed it by rounding off the edges of where it clamps, but supposedly some people on here have still had issues with it. I've used it across three bikes and haven't had it happen to me though. I'm comfortable in using it so long as it's torqued to spec.

Not too bad. I have to change gears when the Q is at its largest part, if I change gears when is not at that point the chian falls off sometimes...
This was the same when I had mechanical gearing too.
