A little surprised at the limited popularity of Orbea on this board. Really good frames in my opinion. Lively, descend well, accelerate well. Similar feel to Scott Addict. I know they have changed the shape, lay-ups, and Graphics of the Orca many times since 2014, but I still really like what they do.

Please post any vintage, any build level, any frame model......OMR/OMP/Aero.

Thanks guys, I love gazing at Orca's.

quality and popularity on boards like this imo have nothing to do to each other. the bigger the brand, the higher the marketing-budget, the more popular it is on boards. further italian origin can help, for the italophile members, who are comparatively often actice on boards.

nice bike, very consistent.

nice design detail: the orange painted parts, propaply a reminiscence to the euskaltel-euskadi-orbeas from about 10 years ago, hot bikes!

Thanks! Yes. I almost did the whole bike in that orange with black and white as a tribute to Euskaltel. I really liked their team. I will never spell these right, but Anton, Izzaguire, Inxuasti, and of course Sanchez were fun to watch.

I have been reading this forum for some time and thought I could join in on this one. Congrats wheelbuilder, your Orca looks absolutely stunning! For the time being, the only pic I can contribute to this thread being is this:

But there will be more for sure. A 2018 M20i is hidden inside BTW. Hopefully I can put it together before X-mas but work keeps me from it.

Oh goodness, no, no, no,. ................ I hope I didn't give that impression! I picked the colors and placement, but Orbea Paint Shop did the work.

2018 Orca M20i, 53 frame, completely standard. I only added Speedplay Zero pedals and Elite Vico bottle cages so far. I will make some better pics after I did some modifications to the bike.

I'm no fan of disc equipped road bikes, but this Orca is hot. Subtle, stylish, well balanced. WOW!
