Started this as I can't find a thread dedicated to Focus bikes.

The Izalco Max is a great bike, IMO, & has the potential to be a proper WW

I ride the disc brake version & it tips the scales at a reasonably porky 7.145kg.

Here is my old Focus Izalco Pro before I got caught in a crash and cracked one of the seat stays.
I think the final weight was 6.85kg with lighter tires. I never got to my goal of sub 6.8, but it still is one of my favorite bikes.

Izalco is a great riding frame. Surprised they are not more popular. Your bikes look great guys!

The rims look cool and compliment the frame joints well. I'd like to get a set too when the flyweight version comes out. How do you like the rims, do tires balloon much, what was the weight?
