Kode54 is right. They are indeed silicone slip on covers. Just in Giro mood...

those look like protectors for the crank arm tips. usually, they are silicone covers.

I didn't realise it was possible to switch between 700c and 650b wheels on a caliper braked bike!

What brakes are you using, look like different ones on the different setups?

Yes, lots of choice for the mid-reach ones, and very little for the long-reach I need for 650b. Still, more than enough power with TRP pads.

very nice. i don't see too many ISP on a Ti bike. what frame is that?

So... I think a few of us might be waiting for a build list/weight/ride report!

^^ Lovely bike :thumbup:, is that a Campy crank? It blends in very well with the rest of the bike if it is.

Yes old fashion Super Record cranks, with markings removed and matte coated.
