I cleaned the clain nicely after the pics...

Next change will be handle bars and a stem.

Then tubeless after these tyres wear out.

You'll want a BB30 -> GXP bottom bracket.

Several differnt options of varying quality:

Will work okay (cheapest): bearings that came with frameset (6806 size) + https://www.worldwidecyclery.com/produc ... dWEALw_wcB
Probably Better: https://praxiscycles.com/product/conv-bb-sram-gxp-road/ or https://www.c-bear.com/en/products/bott ... 0-sram-gxp
One piece (heavier but should be stiffer/better bearing alignment/least chance of creak): https://www.bbinfinite.com/products/bb30-directfit-gxp

Did you decal the letters and if so, how exactly? Looks great, very unique

Thanks! Yes I did. I downloaded the Specialized logos in vector format, scaled up accordingly and overlaid it onto the graphics i did. Sent the file for printing and machine cutting then pasted over the logos on the frame letter by letter.
