Sweet sexiness! It’s like you snapped your finger and half the weight was gone!

Hi,
Custom made by me, MTM carbón tube and KCNC hardware, a little of dremmel and...thats all!
I need a longer seatpost for my 54 size and I'm not going to pay 140€ to Trek.

I’m not sure! Interesting that it broke back to front and the other side of the hole is cracked. I left it as-is, so I don’t know the state of the seat post. I’ve got plenty of seat tube in there. Maybe the post is too flexy?
The collar is full seated. I haven’t checked to see if the post is undersized. Short of it being clamped on the repair stand by the post and someone hanging off off the bars, I’m not sure what would do that. Damn “200-series” aluminum!!! :-)

Dealer says Trek will probably warranty it(!) when I asked about a crash deal. I’m going to see if I can do a Checkpoint.

In my experice when dealing with Trek for warranty, they'll offer you a replacement frame, or the value toward another frame, and you just pay the difference. I would definitely jump on the Checkpoint!

Trying to figure out if I want the AL or CR version. CF version has flexy seat post and cupless BB90. What the experience been with BB90?

Dealer called and are warranting it. Ordered a Checkpoint SL as it’ll be my Roubaix as well as my gravel bike; the flexy rear should be nice.
