Hub identification on Reynolds mid-2000s

Any ideas which manufacturer's hub this is? It doesn't look like White Industries or DT Swiss. Their websites no longer have support documents for such old products.

The wheels are Reynolds Stratus (I think, or early DV46 Clinchers).
I need a new preload collar as the bolt head has sheared off (locking my back wheel on a climb!).

I think Syntace hubs have a very similar structure, but can't confirm it's theirs.

Thanks, although I have now found their old website archived on Waybackmachine: it was made by Autotec for Reynolds. Here's a document for posterity:
