One of my bladed spoke is not facing the correct direction, I was planning to rotate the nipple and the blade at the same time, with maybe a drop of lube in the rim first. Of course will check for true when done as well. Thinking it just needs to rotate about 15 degrees or so.

Is that how to do it or is it more involved than that.

There are bladed spoke holders which prevent twisting of bladed spokes...or you can simply use an adjustable wrench to hold it straight while tightening up the spoke.

edit: you can use linseed oil on the spoke threads.

Yes I have the spoke holder, I planned to turn both the holder and nipple at the same time.

You are probably fine if you rotate the spoke and nipple together. A simple truing stand will confirm that.

I found this video he's turning both together and use a spoke holder as a sight to align the spokes.

I did this and it worked just fine, spoke wasn't very tight.
Moving the nipple a little out of sync was not enough to move it out of true, but it's a good idea to check afterwards.
