Guys, anyone using Carbon-Ti X-Hub SP Disc rear hub with the new Shimano 12-speed?
Do you need spacer/shim or modification to make it work? How well does it work?

Unless there's something unique about the Carbon Ti hubs, you should have no issues. The new 12sp Shimano road cassettes are designed to be backwards compatible with older wheels that worked for 11sp Shimano Road cassettes.
