Giant pr-2 vs Fulcrum Racing 6 DB

I wonder if it is worth investing in Fulcrum Racing 6 DB wheelset for my disc road disc bike.
At the moment I have the giant pr-2 that give me a feeling of bad wheels.
Did anyone use the fulscrum?
