I think this is the hub I have or very similar.
I do notice a little bit of side to side play at the rear wheel, it's minor but, years ago I originally found play in the front wheel, the cap was loose.

I was wondering if anyone can if the rear have a similar adjustment, does the freehub need to come off?

(Sorry can this move to the wheels only section)

Thanks

Bitex rar12? Not much adjustment that I know of. The end caps unscrew with a couple of wrenches. You can then remove the hub body and axel. Is it the axel that has play or the hub body? Mine have no shims that I recall, just tighten the end caps.

Perhaps the bearings have come loose from their seats, in which case, pressing them in a little more might help. Don't overdo it as you might stiffen them up too much. Otherwise, the bearings may just be worn, and all you can do is identify the worn ones and replace them.
