WTOs are expensive, but the ultra smooth hubs and bearings are stand out features.

For tubs they are probably the nicest feeling wheelset available. If I could replace my Easton EC90s tubulars it would be with WTO 60mm tubulars.
Does WTO rim come in tubular format? Never seen any, neither does Campag website mention them.
You're right you know, they don't! I was so convinced I was planning to buy a set of 60mm tubular rim brake WTOs next year. Guess I won't be
Giant Propel Advanced SL Red Etap 11s Easton EC90 wheels CeramicSpeed BB Zipp SL70 bars 6.5kg

Vitus ZX1 CRS Campy Chorus 12s Bora WTO 45 disk brake wheels Zipp SL70 bars 7.5kg

SL8 build with Craft CS5060 Wheels in progress

Overhere they had a discount when they were all new. It was very cheap, 35% off retail. They cost way more now.
But i am a bit silly, i don't want Campa wheels on a Sram bike. Well, i have already ordered a wheelset.
So i am set. But never the less, i like you guys listing wheels

Just tell us how Corima are :) For me, I had only Bora ( Ultra 35, 50 , One 50 tubular) ; Zipp 303 and Cosmic Carbon. All of them are very nice, I would go for BORA Wto for the next wheelset (though Ultra 50 and One50 tubular are superb)
Corima is also on the next list :) Paired with a Time / Look bike it would be great.

I have two sets of Lightweights, but we have to face the fact that narrow rims are dinosaurs. As Nickldn said, 27.5mm+ is the way to go, unless you're ignoring the 105 rule and just want something to look nice. Or you want to hide under the bed and pretend that 19mm tyres are where it's at.

Here are some wide rims.

Possibly some new Vision Metrons as well.

There's always the rim brake version of the ZIPP 454 NSW tubeless clincher.

58mm deep and 19mm internal, not sure what the external width is...

Hello rim brake riders.
I would like to ask you guys at the forum, what is the best rim brake wheelsets available currently (might be a few, that i understand)?

Looking at something at 45-50mm rim depth. Not wims wider internally than 18-20mm.

Oh, i look them to be a "hooked" design, not hookless.
Mainly for 25mm tires, not larger.

Thanks!
Another vote for the bora WTO here. Currently have a set and a set of shamals both awesome and bullet proof

Except that they're all disc (naturally, show me rim brake bikes fitting 31+ wide wheels), and OP specifically asked for top rim brake wheelsets.
Minimum bike categories required in the stable:
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike

Farsport ventoux s series are awesome. Carbon spokes, good hubs, very good breaking.
The Zipp showstopper brake track is also superb, at at least the 77/177 hubs were trouble free.

Never had wto's. Considered it for a while, but I'm like 85 kg and a bit wearry of the g3 pattern with that weight.

Why? Is it meant to be weaker?

No one is saying 19mm tyres is where it's at, but unless your riding Paris-Roubaix or have a really uncomfortable bike (perhaps due to heavy, stiff fork needed for discs), then 25-28 mm measured width of tyre is still the sweet spot for weight, aero and speed IMO. The WTOs are designed for 25 mm tyres and the 105% rule is observed.

That looks ideal, although 1496g is not particularly light. Lightweight are no doubt developing Meilensteins of the same width. They'll weigh less than 1100 and cost £6000, so I won't be able to afford them for ten years when they'll be £1500 on ebay. :(

My bad, I thought they were for rim brakes because the pics of them don't have rotors in them.
