I am making the transition to DB and have ordered the above wheelset and I have searched high and low for info regarding the inclusion of rotors when purchasing this wheelset. I have ordered the Record group and it states no rotors included and the wheelsets clearly dont show a rotors attached or list it in the description. So if the answer is NO then what do you ppl recommend for excellent lightweight rotors on this wheelset?

No rotors are included with the wheelset. I'm OG sure of any wheelset that do include rotors.
Honestly the Campagnolo floating rotors are excellent. I am sure there are some weenie options but the Campag rotors are far from slouches.

Just ride ..

Kinda sucks when you spend that kind of money and the potential exists where parts are not included. Kind of like the campy cassettes that had no lockrings way back when. Wheels are coming from PBK and group is Merlin.

Campy/Fulcrum DB wheel hubs are called AFS. The AFS accepts CL rotors but you can't fit standard CL lock rings. You have to use the unique lock rings that come with the wheelset.

I never buy anything from Merlin after a few Campag components and Bora wheels I bought a couple of years ago had all the traceability labels removed, the certilogos had been taken off the wheels and they didn't come with the ID cards. Read Campagnolo's website and they pretty much say if they come without then they're likely to be fakes or from dubious sources and warranty is unlikely to be accepted. It took several emails and refusals to answer phone calls before I finally received a returns label for them to go back.bikeboy1tr wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 11:48 pmKinda sucks when you spend that kind of money and the potential exists where parts are not included. If you're buying Campag DB wheels you have to get the Campag AFS rotors. They complete the look.

Damm that sucks but it doesnt surprise me that Merlin would do something like that as I have seen some questionable looking tubulars come from them.Guess I didnt think of that when purchasing something that seemed to be of limited availability. See what the groupo looks like when the delivery comes through. Thanks for the reminder C60.c60rider wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 9:18 pmI never buy anything from Merlin after a few Campag components and Bora wheels I bought a couple of years ago had all the traceability labels removed, the certilogos had been taken off the wheels and they didn't come with the ID cards. Haha twist me rubber arm. Just not sure if I should do the 160/140 combo or the 160/160. I weigh 78kg and come into most corners kinda hot.

160/140 should be ok. But most of all it depends on what kind of rear caliper you have bought with the groupset. With Campy you don't have an adapter.bikeboy1tr wrote: ↑Fri Sep 17, 2021 2:41 amHaha twist me rubber arm. Just not sure if I should do the 160/140 combo or the 160/160.
