S-TR's seem to be quite a bit narrower than the TL's - more true to size.

Agree, mine S-TR was 24mm wide on the same rim as previous TL was 26mm. Both signed as 25mm

I have ordered some Light Bicycle WR50 wheels.
25mm wide int, 32mm wide ext.
Anyone got any clue which size tyre would fit up just under the ext width?
I am thinking 30mm?

I've got WR50 (hooked) with 28mm GP5k TL which are around 31mm on the wheel after 3tkm. If I understood correctly S TR are supposed to be same width, that would make 30mm S TR most likely wider than 32mm on 25mm ID, at least after a while.

My 32mm S TRs are identical in width to the 32mm TLs. It's been widely reported that the 25mm version does run smaller. However I haven't seen any concrete proof that the same thing is true for the 28mm and 30mm.

Question regarding the DynaPlug: So when you pull the tool out, the metal tip stays inside the tire? If that tire then loses air, wouldn't that tip risk damaging the rim tape?

I think that the rim sidewalls would prevent any serious damage.

25MM GP5000 TL on 18mm internal rim = 26-26.5mm (ridden for a while)

30mm GP5000 TR on 18mm internal rim = 28.5-29mm (brand new)

32mm GP5000 TL on 18mm internal rim = 32mm (ridden for a while)

Was hoping these 30's would be wider. Maybe they'll loosen up, they're brand new.

30c brand new (STR) came out to 30.3 on 21mm internal hookless.

Good to know that they are close to actual. But I suppose that internal rim dimension plays a big part of overall width.

Now that the 25mm seems to be among the narrowest for it's size, unlike the 28mm, the need for something in between arises. I would like something that measures 27-28 mm on 21c rims.

The S TR I recently got have very similiar weights. The 25mm is slightly above specified (252g) and the 28mm below (267g). Both have a 01/22 production date.

Still shows a slower tyre than non-tubeless GP5000 with a latex inner tube, which is disappointing.
