Madison had stock for a couple of months, but just sold old out. Big drop coming in March of all Corsa lines (Speeds, TLR2.0 and Controls).

Funny how, in my opinion, the Corsa TLR2.0 is one of the best tyres on the market, yet their clincher / tubed version, I rate as one of the worse.
Corsa clincher 30s are impossible here. One lasted 11km before getting torn by glass. Another 25km.

Are corsa or corsa control TLR versions any more durable, or just as flimsy?

There is a rubber coating on the outside that does a surprisingly good job of protecting against random deflections. The most likely section of the tire to get cut is the very shoulder of the tread if you run over something tall/large.
I'm careful where I point my wheel. The problem is cobbles / pavé in the city ... small shards of glass get lodged.

Corsa clinchers aren't usable. Also having to move from GravelKing Slicks to SemiSlicks on my gravel bike for the same reason - although they do seal most of the time with the brilliant Oko Magic Milk Hi Fibre - their life is so short as they become like a pin cushion eventually.

I'm about to order 25C for my 21mm internal width rims, but Conti should have added 26C to their lineup, especially if there is more than a 3mm jump between 25C and 28C. The bike industry cares too much about adding more cogs, while not about tire sizes.

The 25mm tire will measure ~27mm on a 21mm rim, while the 28mm might measure 29mm. The difference isn't going to be 3mm.
Anyone has mounted 25mm GP5000 S TR on 23mm internal wheels (zipp 404 FC 2022) ? Is that going to be also 27mm right?

Exactly the same as my own experience with Gravelkings and Corsas.

Another data point, black 25c both came in at 255g. Stickers on the inside, I guess for batch number, but not sure if this is the supposed reworked one?

On 454 NSWs they came up at 26.3mm. The tyre lever had to come out to get them on the rims but on the flip side they popped on with a normal track pump.

Is it safe to run 25c on zipp wheels with internal rim width 23mm?

Specs of tires suggests that max rim width is 21mm.

And max tire pressure allowed for rim is 5 bar.

On tubed clincher, yes. I used 25c tire on 23mm ID rim for over 2 years to date.
On tubeless, not sure. I might use 28mm personally just to be safe.

It's not officially supported, but I know some on this forum are doing so without incident, and I'm all of 60kg so have the fortune of being able to run pressures a long way below the maximum 72psi.

I have ordered 28mm for zipp 404 fc iw23mm just to be on safe side, let's see how it goes.

Doing some digging back on this thread around batch differences, this is quite peculiar. Same "0921" sticker for pdlpusher and I, which I assumed to mean manufactured September 2021, but a completely different appearance, not to mention the time gap between purchases. Maybe a different process for 32c vs 25c? The other sticker may be telling but no idea what it's referring to.

I did see a picture of a set from RyanW which was 25c, had webbing, but far less pronounced than on mine. Not sure what batch that was though.

Conti really should state what's going on and what the difference is. That appears to be a pretty significant difference - one that will undoubtedly influence RR and PP. But I guess they want to avoid a recall ...

My 25's had the peppled look like Jackofallgrades. I didn't look at the sticker inside but they were bought at my LBS in the US in early December. I was in the same LBS last week and they didn't have any more S-TR's but did have a decent stock of TL's.

Not sure if this helps, but here is the inside of a set of 28c purchased from Lordgun in Italy in mid-December. It has taken a fair bit of effort with shaking and slow rotation with the wheel tipped to a steep angle to get sealant to coat and seal up sidewall leaks to an acceptable level.

So I opened my lighter batch 2 tires. It’s lacking the 0921 moulded label. It also felt a tiny bit thinner. That could explain the slight weight savings. All eight of my batch 2 tires are lighter than the lightest tire from my batch 1 of five tires. I posted the weights a while back. So it appears that 0921 indicates batch 1?

But some 0921 have the braided look and some have the leather look ...

That's size dependent apparently. All of pdlpsher1's ribbed tires are 32mm. All our "webbed" tires are 25mm.

It does look like the tire on the left has more visible diagonal nylon thread patterns, suggesting the rubber layer on the inside is thinner.
