Tire sidewall integrity

As you can see from the picture, there's seem to be horizontal line developing on the tire sidewall. Tire condition is still fairly new but not the model itself. It's a Vittoria Rubino Pro III. Wonder should I just chuck it or it is still safe to ride? I'm afraid of a sidewall blowout happening lol.

There's nothing wrong with your tire. As thy mentioned, this line is part of the production process. It's been there from the beginning
