Panaracer Race C Evo3 Tubular

Has anyone ran these tires? They were replaced with the Evo4 in 2019. I can't find any info about either them, not even on Panaracer's website. Curious about the quality and what the tpi is and I assume they have latex tubes but not positive. I've never ran Paracer tubulars. Bike Recyclery has the 23 in the A slick version and the 26's in a C version for the cobbles for $70/pair.

I think those use Panaracer's "R'Air" lightweight butyl tubes.
