I'm considering building a new wheelset for my cx bike with rim brakes. Is there anything wider out there than Hed Belgium + at 25 mm width?

I've heard a lot of grumbles about Velocity quality and my set of A23s were not that round or true.
The best quality anecdotally seems to be from whichever factory is making HED/Easton road clinchers.
Nonetheless Quill quoted at 21mm internal vs 20.7 for HED Belgium+

One thing to consider is make sure you're not getting too wide a rims for your brakes. Canti brake geometries can be touchy to get them setup good if you go too wide on your rims. V-brakes, less so, but at some point you might go wider than the brakes can accept without getting some skinny pads or special shoes.
