Mine weigh 260 and 270 measured via feedback sports scale (bike scale not the kitchen scale). Fairly easy to put on but not as easy as Hutchinson tires. Easier than corsa 2.0 // gp5000s // regular s works turbos. Didn't require sealent to hold air. Ride impressions when I get to it.Image

How did it go? The fitting on the rim, I mean... Did you have to use tire levers? How did you inflate? What sealant did you use? :) Sorry for the ton of questions, just trying to see how the fitting compares to GP5000 TL...

You said you have mounted the 26c tires on DT Swiss P1800 rims. They have 18mm inner width. Could you please tell us, in which real width the tires come out?

specialized tubeless tech is not class leading.

the lightest tubeless ready tires are .... made in japan by panaracer.
240gm for a 28mm tlr wow !!

https://www.excelsports.com/main.asp?pa ... 1&minor=56

the negative. most tests on previous evo3 compound show they have piss poor rr. has anyone bought one ? maybe specialized can license griptron
I like how they describe the tire width "Mounted on 19mm internal width TL ready rim at 80psi, the 28mm measured 28.1mm".

May give it a try if I can get it at similar price to Corsa TLR.

do we have a due date on these?
The 28mm will be available late Sept, and the 26mm will be avialble late Nov.
I got to ride them over the weekend when I was at Specialized HQ, and they did feel nice.

Got a set from a local dealer in the Seattle area today. 26f / 28r is my preferred setup on a venge. Will try setup this week.

Since nobody asked. Are these made in Japan (presumably by IRC) like the previous Turbo tubeless tires?

Has anyone figured out what is special about the rapid-air sealant? I am not happy with the regular specialized sealant because of how it dries. Rapid-air sealant looks thicker and smells like it is not ammonia-free, whereas the 2BLISS ready sealant is. They market that with roval rims + rapid-airs + rapid-air sealant you can inflate with a floor pump but I had the same result with orange seal. Not sure what is special about it and couldn't find any information about it.
