My 6 month old Roubaix comp. So far have had the headset work done, the bleed ports stripped and drilled out, new brake lever as the master cylinder was faulty and now, 1400miles in, the freehub is clanking away. Took the cassette off and the freehub is peeing out rusty water and very notchy. Can't figure out how to remove it to try and re-grease it. No large alken key fitting. drive side says "loosen" with 2 flats for a spanner but just spins. Any ideas?

If you can't grap the axle with a pair of plyers and remove the oppisite side end cap, you should be able to pound the axle out from the non-drive side. Just grab the wheel, put the non-drive size facing down, and bang the axle into the floor/bench.

You should be able to just pull the freehub body off, it's a DT Swiss 350 hub with star ratchets. When I service my slx 24 discs, I don't even need to remove the cassette. Need to use the correct dt Swiss grease though...
