Can anyone tell me if I can convert my DA 9000 hub from Shimano to Campagnolo? I am thinking of going record 12 speed on my next build.

Some hubs do allow you to switch between the two style freehubs readily. For example, if you buy a set of Campy or Fulcrum wheels (both made in the same factory) you can switch between the Shimano or Campy freehubs. I believe DT Swiss is the same way, plus some other I'm sure. But Shimano has never made a Campy freehub to my knowledge.

You'd never get a campag spline to fit over the shimano bearings and axle/freewheel hardware.
