Can anyone recommend a co2 inflator for seating a tubeless tyre in an emergency when out on the road? (Just in case the tyre unseats itself from the 'shelf' on the rim?) One that will give a quick blast of air for a 25mm tyre.

My opinion is that if you normally can pump it up with a floorpump you're also able to pump it up with a CO2 inflator. But give it a try or you'll never know.
Once comes a time that you'll have a tailwind :D

The best kind for the quick blast is those with a trigger. For that purpose, I use the Genuine Innovations with trigger...something like this (mine is older)....

Normally, I use a twist knob type like the PDW Shiny Object one.
- Factor 02 Disc + DA9170 + Enve 4.5AR CK CL hubs
- Moots Vamoots Disc RSL Titanium + DA9170 + Enve 3.4AR CK CL hubs
- Parlee Altum + DA9150 + Enve SES 4.5 Ene carbon hubs
- Argonaut Spacebike 2.0 + DA9170 + Enve SES 5.6 DT Swiss 240 CL hubs

Great question, actually for being sure of tire seating, i would bring an inner tube. Many tires need a compressor.
