Hi all. I’m hoping to shed some light on whether I’ve got the right size tyre for my WB disc wheel.

Tyres are 23mm conti 5000s and are coming out at 23mm wide on the 25mm wide (at brake track) disc. The tyre seems to be coming up slim and not sure if I should get the 25mm conti’s

Thanks in advance!

The inner width is the important one. If its 15mm then use 23mm tires, if its 17mm the use 25-28mm tires. Yours seems to be the wider as those 23mm tires seem to disappear on those rims and are not going to protect the rim from potholes. Smoother is faster, ride 28mm for a smoother faster road ride. If this is for the smooth track then i would suggest 25mm as even riding on the track you can have a blowout then you just riding on rims.
