So I have a budget of about 1100 dollars.
Trying to decide between ordering a light bicycle wheel for $906 w/ DT Swiss 350
https://www.lightbicycle.com/U-shape-45 ... tible.html
or
FFWD 45cm deep carbon disc wheelset for about $1030.
https://ffwdusa.com/product/road/carbon ... tlr-dt350/
Any other option I should consider?
I'm leaning towards the FFWD for only $100 more. But performance-wise is there that big of a difference
Light Bicycle or FFWD 45mm Carbon Disc Wheels for 1k.

one factor may be the width of the tires you plan to use... The LB rims are 25mm external and the FFWD are 27mm, so the FFWD can handle wider tires before you get the lightbulb effect. Of course the LB rims are 17.5mm internal vs. 19mm so a given tire will have a narrower mounted width on the LB.
Finally the LB rims can come with no spoke holes, which is an advantage if you want to run tubeless (no rim tape needed).
