Reynolds Pro Stock

Anyone here have first hand information on the Reynolds pro stock carbon wheels that are available through some bike shops? This is what it says on one seller's site:

Pro Stock - these sets released to us from Reynolds are tagged "Pro Stock" since they may have different decals for marketing purposes or evidence of very minor aesthetic blemishes. These sets have identical specifications as the non-pro stock version, but simply have different decals that are removable too.

I'm mostly wondering what can be expected as 'very minor aesthetic blemishes'.

mostly cosmetic issues and nothing structural if they are going to sell it. ie. scrapes from handling and just general use.
