I heard that the difference between a Shimano cassette and Campy cassette is so small now that you can actually get better shifting from running a Shimano cassette with Campy shifting........S cassettes are a lot cheaper too.....
I"m going to try this when I wear out my current cassette since I have a couple of SHimano cassettes laying around anyway.

Don't try to overcomplicate things. Campagnolo cassette -> Campagnolo chain
For compatibility, some riders chose Shimano freehub and Shimano chain on Campagnolo bike.

Graeme has posted that the 11/12-25 cassette is the closest match for Campy/Shimano. If you are going larger like 11/12-29 or 32, then you are getting further away from a good match.
My guess is that those Reynolds wheels are using an oem chinese hub so it would probably be pretty easy to find a Campagnolo freehub on ebay for not too much money.

Why mid depth. Deep wheels are meant to be aero and the one thing I know is shallower rims are not as aero as deeper ones. There are reasonably aero 30mm deep alloy rims. So a 35mm deep carbon rim is to me a waste of money.
Mid depth wheels seem to be more of an asthetic choice. The problem with that logic they are meant to be performance wheels. They have that price tag after all.

I'd like to say were a better country but our poltics has decended to the a similar state of farse to the USA's. Perhaps the U.K is a bigger market for campagnolo./ It certainly closer with lower shipping cost. Within the EU (just) and a relatively strong currency. Also fierce competition in the U.K. I mean cut throat almost like no where else in the world.
This goes both ways Europeans keep moaning at the car price diferences between the US and Europe, being cars so much cheaper in the states.
Unfortunately, price is determined by many variables. One of them is how much a potential customer is willing to pay for a product, irrespective of the real value of that product.

slightly off, but: few weeks ago the zonda c17 wheels would have cost 320 euros with shipping to HU from PBK. I asked a local campag retailer whether this is good offer or not, and he told me, that actually that online price is cheaper than he gets those wheels from campag... Same for chorus chains on ribble, or cassettes. So, the UK prices for Campag are insane. Just so cheap compared to my native country, that no wonder nobody buys their stuff here& local stores don't keep stocks, as they would not be able to sell anything anyway.

At speeds many of us ride at - going over 50mm just adds weight and side wind issues for not a huge aero gain.
For the sales I see - the best sales are for our 45frt/55rr wheels for ppl who ride mostly flatter terrian. For those who do more climbing 35mm frt and either a 35mm rr or 45mm rear is most popular. On road disc wheels the 45mm rims out sell the 35mm rims signifacantly. But nobody really seems to demand anything deeper.
