Hello guys

I currently use 20 / 28h stallion build hed jet black 6 , i love this wheelset so much .

Im thinking for upgrading to new s5 so im thinking for swapping the hubs to chris king but i couldnt find a 20h r45d centerlock option , the best i could find is 28/28h option . Would it be possible to use 28h hub on 20h rims ?
My front jet black is straight pull anyway.

Thanks !

Not going to work.

Biggest reason is that those holes in the carbon fairing only line up with those hubs and pattern used. The front is currently radial laced. If you tried to use a crossed pattern which is required for at least one side, you wouldn't have the fairing holes in the place.

The rear won't work either as the flanges are noticeable bigger on CK hubs. You would have to make the holes in the fairings and it would come out good.

Disc brake rims look nice and can be lighter.

Full carbon rims will perform nicely too. Stiff, stable and easier on the spokes/hubs.
