I don't even think I can name a single 350g clincher rim let alone one that is up to that task.

You need to rethink your expectations.

Super spokes are not for 90kg riders. Even the axlightnes clincher sets start at 1150g.

Extralite hubs are not heavy duty.

Well IT seems that Extralite is doing heavy duty hub versions HD 17 mm axle and other adjustments .And like i said i only want to use Extralite for front .Question for rear hub any suggestions? As for spokes they are capable of withstanding more pressure according to saplim (2900N) As for numbers i could increase number of spokes if neccesery .3budget around 1k €.

You should seek out a respected wheel builder near you and trust their recommendation. Don't try to force a minimum weight parameter or spoke choice on them and you'll end up with wheels a lot better than what you seek. The numbers you are refering to have nothing to do with a strong/stiff wheel build that you require.

My 95kg friend on 24h 2x/2x cx-ray(ish) spokes dtswiss hub's rear wheel is holding up fine. Another friend @120kg is using dt240 hubs 24 spokes rear wheel and fastforward 50mm carbon clincher rims. I meausured spoke tension to 150kgf (!) and that wheel is holding perfect true for that guy. He's a sprinter too.

In china now they are producing the next generation of light carbon clinchers. They have 38mm carbon clinchers @ 390gr and 50mm @ 430gr. For the wheelsets they sell themselves they handpick the lightest rims and they sell for a hefty sum an 1150gr 50mm carbon clincher wheelset using extralite hubs and sapim spokes.

Even with a large budget I don’t see this being achievable for a 90kg rider and daily use.
350g remains tubular territory except few rare exceptions.
- RAR Exalt 50 are 370g, the Exalt 28 are 300g but use to come on wheels in the 2000 /3000€ range
- the Bike-Component discusses on this forum is already above 1350g https://www.bike-components.de/blog/en ... -wheelset/
- Corima 32 in 22.6 wide are 430+
Now spoke wise, you need to go to bigger gauge for your weight or you will have a noodle... it’s not just the resistance but also the stiffness and that’s directly proportional to x-section

28 superspokes will probably be ok for 90kg. It's using delicate parts and won't be an endurance build that you can take around the world but could work fine in a local environment, at least initially.

What exactly are extralite hd hubs?

What rims do you intend to use? Like Schmolke TLO clinchers or what? Chinese or european boutique items?

The math doesn't add up.

hubs - 177g
rims - 860g
spokes - 180g (optmistically using 16/20)
nipples - 4g

1221g

That's not recommended for a 90kg rider. I also don't believe we will see a 430g rim that's 50mm deep anytime soon. I've been in the game long enough not to hold my breath and if I had a dime for every time someone told me they "hand pick the lightest rims" I'd retire.

Even on WW it's important to consider the rider when choosing components. This desire for 1100g clinchers for OP is folly. Even Lightweight carbon clinchers weigh more than that (unless I'm wrong, I just checked their site). I wouldn't call those budget wheels.

Those are weights for rims sold separately.

They handpick lighter rims for their own wheelsets, also they might use super cx-spokes. A 50mm carbon clincher extralite wheelset is 10k cny which is around 1500usd.

I'm not recommending a 90kg rider to use an 1100gr wheelset. Simply acknowledging that customization to his needs and with use of the latest technology it wont necessarily break like toothpicks either.

No builder will want to guarantee such a build and thats understandable. It's high risk.
