Thinking of Ebay/Chinese Carbon Clincher Wheelset

So, looking to spend about $500-$600 (less would be even better) on a set of cheap carbon clinchers on Ebay. But not sure who are the good sellers, and there are a lot out there. I am looking for something between 40mm and 50mm, and around 1400g, prefereably lighter. Any recommendations, and any sellers i should definitely stay away from? Thanks.
