Thanks for sharing. I think another contributing factor to brake rub, one that isn't discussed much at all, is the laternal flex in the chainstays. I recall seeing a slow-motion video of chainstays flexing sideways in a sprint. Personally I don't have a brake rub issue but I understand that many people do. Perhaps someone can comment further on this.
