I've been using them for a year. Real weight for the 25's is about 195 g. I switched to them from the conti gp's because I was getting so many flats, oftentimes from sidewall cuts. I fared much better with the Valkyries. After about 2000 mi, I started noticing more cuts on the tread and then they were a bit more flat prone.

Because I tend to do long solo rides, I now use a Kenda Kountach on the rear wheel and the valkyrie pro on the front. If I wasn't going out on such long rides, I'd be running the valkyrie on both wheels.

Are the kenda valkyrie pro's less puncture prone than gp4ks2?

I'm using them, so far so good, the weight makes puncture less painful 😂
