Can you confirm that your P Zero TLRs 28c measure 27.3mm actual width on a rim with 21mm inner width?
Not sure how useful this is but here are measured width of Pirelli Pzero Race clincher on 23mm internal width. As far as I know, Pzero Race clincher and TLR measure similarly.
General rule of thumb is the tire expand 0.7mm every 2mm of increased internal rim width. So, consider -0.7mm if you want to estimate width on 21mm internal.
Pirelli Pzero Race 26c -> 27.5mm
Pirelli Pzero Race 28c -> 28.6mm
Another thing to consider is, center tread width. 26c has 27.5mm wide center tread but 28c has 30mm wide center tread.

Pirelli do offer some width measurements for various different rim widths as follows.

I'm a total believer of narrower front tire than the rear, both for weight balance and aerodynamic reasons.
Currently I'm using 25c front and 28c rear tire on AR56 front and rear.

Now, I just pulled the trigger to add WR65 rear into the arsenal. <-- actually, rear AR56 will be sold to a friend.
so, the final combo will be 25c tire on AR56 at the front and 28c tire on WR65 in the back. Will post the picture in a few months.
And, it's arrived.
I post two pictures here for reference.
One picture has AR56 both front and back.
Another has AR56 front and WR65 rear.

Beautiful bike!

I can tell you're struggling with the matte finish too haha! Really hard to keep fingerprint free. I wish I would've gone for the satin finish on mine.

Welcome to the club! Been using the same ones on my P2M powermeter.

Just got word from my wheel builder yesterday, my rims have arrived! The tracking still shows in China so that's kinda odd :noidea:
Can't wait to give them a go with Pirelli P Zero TLR. He measured them on a AR45 set and they were pretty much same size. So I can't wait to see them on my AR55 Pro! :thumbup:

I`m confused, because indrek wrote about AR45 wheels (which are 21mm inner width according to the LB site) and 28c TLRs. Who should I believe?

I stand corrected. My apologies. I rechecked the tire pressure and it was indeed little bit below the min requirement. When I inflated them up to 80 PSI, the width changed to ~28.3mm on average. I changed the pic in the original post as well, for future reference. So the conclusion is 2020 28mm Pirelli P Zero Race TLR on 2020 Light Bicycle AR45 measures 28.2-28.5mm.

Yep so they're pretty much true size. Very nice, I got the 26mm but probably swap rear to 28mm when it's done.

Ordered AR55 flyweight dt 240 exp 7-4, shipped 23-4 and arrived yesterday (12-5)! They arrived a lot faster than expected and even had the updated exp hubs without the engagement issues. They did come in slightly heaver than suggested, 1409 vs 1380 but I did choose the no hole version. Overall extremely happy with them and they felt great on the first ride :D

Nice, the bike looks great with them! This gives me a bit of hope as I ordered a pair of WR50s just a few days ago and was told 14-16 weeks, but I feel like If I expect them before the end of August I'm likely to be disappointed. Also nice to hear that they've already started using more recently manufactured hubs, I also ordered 240EXPs and I was prepared to send them in the same day I got them (or get a kit to fix them myself) but hopefully I won't have to do that!

I wonder why WR50 takes so much longer.
