No photo’s but they were 1340 as delivered with rim tapes installed. I took that off and added 2 wraps of TESA tape.

Deeper is more aero and therefore faster. If your spending 2500 euro's they need to add pace. Dropping weight won't do that by itself. Aero first weight second for me.

I can't find anything remotely close to my old Shimano rim brake tubular wheelset weighing in at 1030g. Anything close in a disc brake tubular wheelset?
Caden wheels
Australia company
The DeCadence version ...1020g for 25mm & 1160g for 49mm
AUD$1490
But can only get the light wheels in certain axle sizes...

For tubulars, check https://carbonbikewheels.com.au/en
or build it yourself.

38mm Caden Wheels Tubular Disc set = 1100 grams. They cost $1320 including shipping.

edit: oops. post above me beat me to it :)

For reference, I have a pair of rim brake tubular cadens. They are sublime. I'm very seriously considering a disc set. Just not sure if I wanna go back to tubulars again.

Are these rebranded open mould rims? There doesn't appear to be much information about them or their proprietary hubs, which would worry me.

Not sure, you could contact them and ask
I’ve found they respond promptly

I’ve been riding them couple of times a week since Xmas and have nothing but good things to say
Ridden on some crappy, pot holed roads and I’m not leightweight at 82kg

Nope. Rims are in house design.
Hubs are another brand but modified design.

I'm [ ] close to ordering a 49mm tubular disc brake set at the moment.
