I had my first tubular flat the other day. Vittoria Corsa G+ 25mm. It was more like a slow leak. Found a small sharp pebble imbedded in the tread. After removing the pebble, I removed the valve core, poured in about an ounce of Orange Seal, replaced the valve core, spun the wheel, and pumped it up. It is now holding air fine. Raced on them today.

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

As far as my experience goes with sealant :

Vittoria Sealant - TUFO Extreme - then nothing - nothing and another nothing and then: Miles in front of the rest Orange Sealant. Used it twice now : once on my own Vittoria Corsa Grapheen - and once on my sons Mavic Powerlink tubular tire. Both tubulars are still in use !
