WTO 45 rim brake, Shimano, weighted 1520g. I think 1496 claimed weight, Is that about average/normal with grease and Shimano freehub?
heard some piece of grit / debris from manufacturing inside the rim (both), after vacuuming seems to have gotten it out.

did anyone have trouble getting sealant into the tire through the supplied valve and extender? The injector tube can go into the extender part only but not reach the tire, because the extender narrows down inside.
Has anyone successfully used another one piece valve?

I think that's a good weight. Mine are 1516g (665g + 851g), but I was lucky I think. Plenty of people (like Pukutis above) have weighed theirs in the 1540s.PoorCyclist wrote: ↑Mon Dec 20, 2021 11:19 pmWTO 45 rim brake, Shimano, weighted 1520g. The hubs (Shimano white hub vs. Campagnolo) are practically the same weight, Shimano hub maybe 2 or 3g heavier.

I was able to fill milkit thru the extender. It's seems a little thicker than stans with some particles.
Pirelli tire goes on by hand, bead set but won't hold much without sealant, once the sealant worked around seems to be holding now.
My front rim is a bit off, does anyone know if Campy publish the tension value for the WTOs?
The front wheel is radial laced so would you trust taking it to any bike shop or only trust a Campy dealer?

I had the same problem with the Slime shite sealant as it seems to be clogging up at the joint. Changed to Orange Seal and it's no problem.PoorCyclist wrote: ↑Tue Dec 21, 2021 9:53 pmdid anyone have trouble getting sealant into the tire through the supplied valve and extender? is this good or bad?
I notice my freehub have enough drag it moves my pedals forward on a stand (it is extremely quiet). I have never seen that on a wheelset before. But I think it will loosen up when the grease breaks down. Now I know where the 20g of grease of my set is
Hi,
Does I currently have a set of WTO 45's and there are a few good deals around at the moment for the 60's.... Is this just post Christmas Blues.... and liking the idea of deeper rims... as I'm presuming real world I'm unlikely to spot much of a difference...
Anyone want to convince me otherwise?
Cheers,

I've demoed 30s 45s and 60s throughout a year (lucky me, warranty replacement took sooooo long). I think 45s are the middle ground, best of both worlds, I was given a choice what replacement to get and I chose 45,crlincoln wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 12:32 pmHi,
