Rebuild dura-ace 9000 hub from complete shimano wheel

FWIW I built a front 7900 hub to a 16h open mould 60mm rim and dtswiss spokes. The front should be easy to measure since they are symmetrical, the rear looked too hard to accurately measure so I opted for the custom 9000 rear hub in 24h.
