best way to check 2nd hand Bora

LBS is selling NEW Bora One 35s and 50s..sale price..last of their stock but one of the sales guy showed me a pair of Bora Ultra 50s, used with Lightweight 25mm tires for US$200 more.

Both are a little out of budget, but it got me wondering....how would you check?
Spins freely on hub....how long is it suppose to free spin for since its got these CULT bearings?
install it and spin it to see if its still trued?
obvious crash/scratch marks

Check if True and spoke tension
Typical scratches and cuffs
Check the brake track for any signs of damage.

If it has tires on it, why not bring your bike in and mount them on and have a ride?
