Hmmm, how would I identify a SILS nipple? I did notice some little depressions on the sides of the nipple. Could that be a deformation to create the thread locking feature? That would make sense, and make me feel a bit dumb :oops:

I guess I got thrown off a bit because the first nipple I pulled out would not even start on a spoke but the next three threaded on until about halfway. At that point I called them crap and gave up.
