Yes, only marginally more aero, but the wider tyre rolls faster, and more than compensates for the aero penalty, unless you are riding around 50km/h average. DT Swiss recently did a study of 25mm vs 28mm tyres. Again, the wider 28mm tyre has a slightly bigger aero penalty, while the 28mm has less rolling resistance.
