Buuuuuutttt, with 23mm tires isn't a 23-25mm rim the most aero and aren't 23mm tires more aero than wider tires?
Yes, only marginally more aero, but the wider tyre rolls faster, and more than compensates for the aero penalty, unless you are riding around 50km/h average. DT Swiss recently did a study of 25mm vs 28mm tyres. Again, the wider 28mm tyre has a slightly bigger aero penalty, while the 28mm has less rolling resistance. They found that for those averaging under 35km/h, the wider tyre was faster, ad for those averaging over 35km/h the 25mm was faster. See https://www.roadrevolution18.dtswiss.com/endurance/

I ride 32 upfront with Vittoria Corsa Speed 23mm; 50 at the back with Pro One 25mm.

turn out it's 26.x mm effective at the front and 28.x at the back.
