I'm tempted to buy a used set of DT Swiss RC38 Spline disc (centerlock) wheels. However, I'm not confident if I can really convert them to suit my fork. Here's the input data:
Hub: DT Swiss Spline disc brake, straight pull. Here's a pic:
Current setup of the hub: qr
Desired configuration: 12mm through axle
From what I found, DT swiss offers kit named HWGXXX00S7000S and it should do the trick. Wheelset is also listed in this end cap conversion table: https://d2a13k6araex7u.cloudfront.net/f ... MY2017.pdf
However, seller contacted local rep, they even tried to remove existing end caps and said that this hub can't be converted to 12mm.
What is the correct information? Can I convert the hub as desired?
Can I convert DT Swiss Spline front hub from qr to 12mm?

Both are correct. Some series of RC38 Spline FRONT wheels cannot be converted. They were significally cheaper at the time / 200€ if memory serves well /. Rear is always convertible for those, front... not.
Go to Heaven for the climate, Hell for the company.

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that
